Frequently asked questions
No. Every tool runs entirely in your browser using Canvas and a handful of client-side libraries. A few tools (HEIC, OCR) download a small decoder/model from a CDN the first time, but your images are never uploaded.
HEIC and OCR use a real WASM decoder / text-recognition model downloaded once per session. Everything else is near-instant canvas work.
Not yet — both are technically possible client-side, but the licensing and performance trade-offs needed more evaluation than this release could responsibly include. Enlarge uses honest high-quality interpolation, not AI super-resolution.
Yes, with no file-count limit beyond your device's memory — there's no technical reason to gate it.
The EXIF Viewer shows exactly what's embedded (including GPS, if present) before you decide anything; Strip Metadata then removes all of it in one click, single file or batch.
